This year TASL has kicked off an exciting new professional development opportunity. TASL is now offering webinars for convenient online professional development. Webinars will take place twice each month and will cover a variety of topics relating to school librarianship. The first four webinars have already taken place and are available to current TASL members on demand. Topics included Girls Who Code, Library Newsletters That Work, Library Legislative Day, and Making Genrefication Work in Your Library. To access any of these archived sessions, please email Jennifer.Sharp@mnps.org.
If you have an idea for a subject/topic you would like to see presented or are interested in presenting yourself, please email Jennifer at the address above or complete the Google forms located on the TASL Webinars page.
Upcoming sessions will be listed on the webinars page (as well as announced through the listserv). Registrants who are unable to attend live will receive a recorded version via email. Participants who tune in live will receive a certificate of attendance. However, official PD credit will be up to the discretion of your school or district.
